MADAME MOON is taking a fair drop in class on the back of an encouraging third here last time out. That was over this mile distance and was a clear improvement on her debut ninth.
She should be too good for these rivals. Trainer Todd Pletcher is having a good season and can fire in another winner.
Kayseri is making her debut for a new trainer on the back of a fair effort in a claimer here last time. This is an easier race than that and she’s gone well on turf before.
Subtle Joy is another who could be perked up by moving to a new trainer and has some fair placed form.
MEET CUTE has enough pace to land this sprint. He didn’t get the clearest of runs when fifth over course and distance last time. He’s got winning form in similar company so won’t be far away.
Followhisfootsteps is out widest of all but is the best horse in the race so shouldn’t be written off. He was third in stronger company last time and the yard does well with horses coming back from a little break.

Oroscopo could run well at fair odds. He should be capable of making a quick start and has a high strike-rate when it comes to hitting the frame.
COLIN A WINNER likes it around here and was a solid fourth in a similar contest last time out. He didn’t get the run of the race that day and is capable of better.

Tynan finished a place ahead of the selection last time when scorching away from the gates. They will try to pull off the same tactics today with likely similar results.
Aizu is well bred and makes her turf debut after a solid run on sloppy dirt in December. This surface should suit a lot better.
BALLIE’S DREAM did well to win a maiden against some seasoned campaigners over course and distance last time. She battled on well up the straight to keep up her strong record of two wins and two places from four runs on turf. A repeat of that would be good enough.
Cat’s Astray has a fair record at Gulfstream and has been knocking on the door with back-to-back seconds. She’ll be hard to keep out of the frame.
Hire The Lady keeps running well and landed a couple of good wins last autumn. Her best form gives her every chance.

Karenina has won just one of 28 starts but has been second on her past three outings and should be on the premises again.
MIHOS has form in much hotter races than this with a Listed success to his name last season. He hasn’t built on that and has his sights considerably lowered now. The five-month break is a concern but his class can see him home as he goes sprinting again.
Soldado has won two of his four starts and he was impressive when striking over course and distance latest. If the tip’s rusty he can cash in.
