The Brewers are connected with Phillies and the Mets that are all four matches of their last wildcard. The largest disappointing season that category must visit the Phillies. They were the only team that spent dollars.
The Cubs missing out to the postseason would be a disappointing season. They have too much talent on board not to at least go to the Wild Card Game. It will be a long offseason for the Cubs when they throw this away, however they also control their own destiny using a 2.5-game lead.
