Celtic have completed the signing of left-back Greg Taylor to get an undisclosed fee in a Student contract.
Taylor completed his medical on Saturday with the Scottish champions as all parties attempted to complete the move but the arrangement has been thrown into uncertainty on Monday.
The Scotland trained using the group on Monday afternoon before a breakthrough has been made between the 2 clubs.
He arrived to finalise his move on Monday evening.
“It’s been a matter of a day but I am over the moon to be here and thankfully that is it on the line,” Taylor told the club’s site. “As soon as I understood of Celtic’s interest, I was distressed to emerge, so it has been a great afternoon, certainly now that it’s completed.
“it is a enormous club, everybody knows that, and I’m here to win trophies, it is as simple as that and that I can’t wait to be part of it. I’m delighted to be a player, and I want to attempt to impress the fans, and clearly the manager.
“A club that this size wants to win trophies and they’ve done over the past few decades, and I’m here, I wish to help the team win more trophies.”
The 21-year-old performed 41 days for the Ayrshire club season and made his Kilmarnock debut in 2016.
After Celtic finished loan deals for Moritz Bauer Fraser Forster and Mohamed Elyounoussi taylor is currently Neil Lennon’s ninth summer signing.
